Short Story to start:
Normangee FFA Alumni are looking for sponsors to benefit the Normangee FFA BBQ cookoff March 24-25th. All proceeds directly benefit the Normangee FFA. Title sponsorship is $5,000 and will bring you to the forefront of exposure with the event. It is an IBCA sanctioned event bringing together cookers from all around. You can find my contact info at the link below and I can provide a sponsorship package.
Long story:
We started an alumni and sponsors group for our local FFA in Normangee to benefit the students involved. It is becoming harder and harder for these small school districts to financially support extracurricular activities.
Our big Spring fundraiser is the BBQ cookoff, sanctioned through IBCA. IBCA runs competitions all over Texas and they do a great job. We are excited to partner with them for this event.
We still need sponsors for the event and would love the opportunity to provide all the exposure we can for title and corporate sponsors. We are a 501 (c)3 organization so all sponsorships can be used for tax purposes.
The FFA and its activities are important to me in many ways. When we moved our family out to this small town, we expected to heavily be involved with FFA. That has so far been true. Our free time is spent in three categories: farming, church, and FFA. I'm hoping there are some of you wanting to help support as well.
Plus, if you're looking for a BBQ cookoff, it should be a good one. Here is a link to the IBCA event posting which has a team application to fill out: N'GEE BBQ COOKOFF (ibcabbq.org)
Thanks for your time.
