How long do you want to ignore this user?
I am trying to find plans for some, but they are all using different size holes and washers.

This is a 3 hole set I am making. Have seen washer size variations along with the hole size.

Does anyone have plans or know the correct sizes?

Not sure if it's going to help, but we used 2 - 2.5" washers from the machinery junk drawer and two tuna cans dug into the dirt as our washer setup growing up. I think they were 20 or 25' apart. I'm sure someone has finally made up some "official" rules and sizing stuff but that's what we did and I've never notice much difference from commercial products.

I think if you used something close to that and locally sourced and anyone playing made any mention of "official" sizes, I'd be inclined to ask them politely but firmly to leave, as Hank Hill says.

I like your style. This is how I grew up playing except with coffee cans buried in the ground.

When's the first annual washer tourney?

If I am using this picture as a reference , I have mostly played on a Full Size 1 hole and a Slimline 3 hole. The "slimline" is too narrow, in my opinion. I think we were using a 3.5 hole and 2.5 OD washers. If I were making a set for myself, I would go Full Size 1 hole, that's just my personal preference because it's what I've thrown on the most. If you're dead set on 3 Hole, I would at least go Full Size.

All you need is a spoon to dig a hole.

Get Outside Games is a great place to get your washers - they sell the standard size washers everyone seems to use. I had them make me some custom sets with company logo and they came out great and finish has held up well.

I made a bunch of the 3 hole boards for groomsmen gifts and for washers I bought them at tractor supply -- they sold them by the lb. Places like home depot didnt have ones that were big enough

There's no standard or official washer size. Personal preference.

Campbell's soup cans for us.

Maybe it was coffee cans, but pretty sure it was soup cans.

It seems most of the Polacks here in Poth play on the slim boards that are shown in the diagram above. The holes are 4" wide. Washers are 2.5" diameter.
