Had 2 warranty repairs recently, thought I'd share my experience.

VORTEX-

I had a 12 y/o red dot that I had never changed mounting height plates out on. When I finally tried a few weeks ago the screws stripped w their supplied wrench. Sent it in hoping they'd just get the screws out. They sent me an entirely new, current model optic. Not surprised, as they're great. Just thought I'd share

MEOPTA

I bought a pair of Optika HD binos earlier this year. About a month ago I had them in my marsupial harness and they slid out onto dirt ground and the two halves broke apart. I have never broken a pair and i had my doubts but I sent them in. A brand new pair will be here tues.
