Other than going to a gun shop and finding out, will the new Shield Plus fit holsters for the original Shield? The answers online weren't definitive. TIA

Mr Dubi is using a Crossbreed holster that was purchased for a Shield with his Shield Plus.Rockdoc said:

He had to trim a bit for the optic, but without the optic he said if fit perfectly.
I ordered a Vedder that fits my shield plus like a glove, I believe it was labeled as a regular shield holster
Ok thanks guys. Guess I'm running out of reasons not to buy one. I love my original other than the trigger and didn't want to spend $150 for a trigger upgrade.
The only difference is the grip. All other features are identical. They just took a double stack magazine and fed it through a single stack opening.

So if my numerous Shield holsters don't interact with the grip or palmswell I'll be ok.

This is where the optic hit preventing the gun from going all the way in. Since it wouldn't go all the way in, the gun was not secured, and there was a little area that exposed the trigger.
