That's what lifetime means.

Assuming you didn't die and were resurrected in the meantime. The people's wildlife gotta get their due, after all.

Last sentence of first paragraph seems to indicate you're good.

Just don't die.

For this very reason, I wish I had bought a LifeTime License many years ago when they were cheaper (but were still more than I could afford).

I have spent more the last few years hunting in Texas as a "non-resident" on our family ranch, than I would have spent on the LifeTime License...

Everyone would like to live at the ranch for 6-9 months. It's the dream.

I've lived out of state now for 3 seasons. Can confirm my lifetime tags still work.

I bought the combo for myself and hunt only for my then 4 and 2 y.o. sons when we moved away in 2010. Just swipe the card or DL and print the tags. I did have to coach up the ladies at HEB last week on how to print them, though.

Same here, have a Lifetime License and now am an out of stater. Seems to trip up the license people, but other than that no issues.

One of the last things I did before I moved out of state.

Some states have a "native son" license, that allow non-residents born there to have a lifetime license. I wish Texas would adopt that approach.
