Most certainly a toad. I get a ton of them especially after a rain as they eat the bugs all night.

I'm almost embarrassed to admit that after almost 40 years I never thought about a toad pooping actual turds.

Originally I was thinking toad poop because we have several that live under our deck and they poop a lot. This turd seems curvier than usual so I thought maybe skunk because I think they have curvy poops and I have smelled skunk a few times in the last week. Some animal has taken up residence under my tool shed also. I'll definitely take toad over skunk but I'm putting a game cam on the tool shed to see what is crawling under it.

we have quite a number of lizards, including some fairly large bearded dragons in the backyard and this looks very similar to what they leave us regularly

I have my toads potty trained. They go in the dogs water bowl every night

Yup bullfrog. Probably feasting on the bugs under your porch light I had to drop a deuce before he could hop off
