Yep, my help would be to look elsewhere. Not a ton of leases to begin with, you generally gotta know somebody, and not a lot of birds anyways.

Well, I was shredding this weekend and lo and behold 5 birds flew up right in front of me. I saw another one yesterday, so that is 6x the birds the I saw last year. I never considered my place to be a prime dove hunting place, but I may just be on my way. I am now accepting offers for dove hunts.

I hope it is clear that I am joking in the spirit of this thread, but I did actually see some birds.

Looks like demand may go down on my dove-less lease after Saturday. The good news is that since you are really just sitting in a pasture with no birds you don't need a shotgun. This also means the season is not so relevant.
