Somehow I'm betting I'm behind on discussing this one, but anyone else have this one on their radar? Saw a few online retailers have them in stock. Pretty good reviews on a couple of YouTube videos I've watched.

Highlights:
17+1.
Compensated
Interchangeable backstraps

I'm like 95% sure I am buying one, really excited about it. Only thing holding me back is that I like hammer fire vs striker fire pistols.

And I want to know what EyeGuy will sell it for…hoping he can beat the $799 price tag that's out there on it and feels a little high…

I prefer hammer fired as well in general, but the P365XL has been my carry for years. If I can shoot the macro a little better (thicker grip) and still conceal I'm in.

I'm looking for one to add. Curious to compare it to my Hellcat Pro

In the video I posted he compared the size to a couple of Glocks around the 5 minute mark. Comparable to a Glock 48, which I really like size wise (skinny Glock 19).

I think that will be the best price for a while. These will be hard to keep in stock since they just got released. But if you compare the Macro to the Spectre Comp, which regularly sells at over $1000 when they are in stock, you are getting a much better deal on the Macro for a gun with a lot of the same features.

My GF had this gun when I met her. She's a keeper.

She might have had some version of the 365, but this specific variant was just released 5 days ago.

Yeah, I didn't meet her 4 days ago. I don't remember what variety she has. But it's a fun gun to shoot.

That is MAP. The hookup would generally be on an optic to go with it.

Do the slide cuts result in increased muzzle flash to the eyes at night?

IMO a disadvantage to ported pistols.

So I currently carry a sig320 sub compact. I really like that gun but have considered giving to my wife to carry, she has expressed interested in carrying more often. Also I have considered bumping up to something a tad larger/longer grip.

I have been considering a 320 carry or a 365XL what are you guys opinions.

Ive taken a low light class using a comped pistol. Zero issues.

Most self defense ammo uses powder that reduces muzzle flash anyway. (And i was shooting practice ammo that doesnt at that class).

Eta: comps and ported are two different things. This is a comp'd gun, right?

Exactly, you can buy a Hellcat bundle right now on PSA with a bag, a case and five mags for $499. The extended mag is 15 + 1. What am I missing that justifies another $300 over the Springfield?

Unlike Springfield, Sig hasn't helped push through anti-2A legislation

aggiesundevil4
How long do you want to ignore this user?
EyeGuy what optic should we put with it? I texted you this morning about it as well….also inquired about my can/ATF jail status.

Sig obviously says it's directly compatible with their stuff, but I plan to have this as a long term carry gun and want a good and reliable dot (green or red).

Today has been... a doozy. Haven't had a chance to do much in regards to texts and such. Maybe had about 10 minutes of downtime since we opened.

I pretty much opt directly to the Holosun 407k. I personally went with a Hex WASP on my B&T, but I did that mainly because it looks badass. I prefer the 407k for actual use. The Romeo Zero.... it's freaking plastic. Only time I've put a zero on a gun lately is when it comes with it. Otherwise, Holosun.

The best part is the 17rd mags are backward compatible.

I think the mags will sell more that the gun.

I propose the following:

Eyeguy Group Buy

Option 1: Holosun 407/507K in Green or Red
Option 2: Sig P365 X-Macro
Option 3: Sig P365 X-Macro with the Holosun 407/507K green or red

Well, now it looks like I need one of these. I love Sig pistols and this one looks like it may not disappoint.
