First off, I'm brand new to the world of pellet grills, so forgive me if I use the wrong phrase or have to back track.
All I've used my entire life is your basic propane grill. Good for hamburgers and steaks but I want to learn to cook briskets, ribs, pork butts etc
Pellet grills seem to be the way to go and the most versatile. I also love the idea of being able to set it and mostly forget it until the meat is ready so I can do other stuff around the house.
I plan on using it once or twice a week. Mostly for a family of 4 but also for the occasional football crowd or big family meal. By crowd I mean feeding no more than 15 or so people.
Finally, I don't want to break the bank. Ideally would love to spend less than $750. I realize that will limit my options.
So what are your thoughts ideas? Thanks in advance.
