Fishing Tackle Unlimited on 45 south does good work, but they are always backed up and it takes a while. I've used them several times for rods like you are talking or reel repair.

Are you trying to get them to look new or just functional? Post a couple of pics of what's broken. Guides are easy, gimbles depending on how they are attached are difficult.

Anglers Anonymous in Katy has a guy that picks up rods there and does repair. Fishing Tackle Unlimited at I-10 and Beltway can also take care of them. I've used both and been really happy with the work.
