In the grand scheme of things....they are all pretty much the same. Somebody with enough time and determination will get into one, no matter what sticker is on the outside. They are metal, can be defeated with the right tools and capabilities.
That being said....99.9999999999% of every instance, a run of the mill Cannon or Ft. Knox style gun safe (RSC for the hair splitters) will be more than you need. I'd focus on getting one that has the size and perks you want versus what texags says you must have in terms of brand.
Size - base it on what you think you will have in 10 years. Then go bigger if you can. Safes fill up, fast. Way faster than you imagine, especially if you have AR's or scoped rifles. Or your wife wants to commandeer a shelf (hint: offer her one, it's worth it for the lobbying factor).
Fire rating - highest temp is better than longest time. Houses tend to burn hot, but fast with modern construction materials. So go with higher temp rating over time.
Lock type - dial combo or digital. I wanted dial combo because, hey - it looks better and I'm a mechanical guy. Unfortunately when I bought mine, it was special order and I didn't want to wait, so I have electronic. I have zero regrets as it is easy to access and having watched my buddy fumble with his combo more than once, I'm happier with the electronic. Some still want the mechanical dial - so whatever works. But a good electronic is every bit as reliable as a combo. I'm on year 10-ish now and have had exactly zero issues with my electronic access.
Perks - last on the list. Your guns don't care if the interior is super plush felt or the cheap felt. Lights are great, but not a necessity and can always be added later if you want. Outside paint is nice and all, but it's just paint. Power outlet is nice, but not necessary either.
No matter what - bolt it to the floor, install it in a place that isn't super accessible if at all possible. Bad guys break into safes they can flip over and pry on. Safes that are bolted down and are in relatively inaccessible places make for much harder targets and will be things that bad guys don't mess with because they don't have the time, tools, or motivation and will seek out easier things.
