Without a prescription…. Specifically Royal Canin. Used to have a website but they apparently don't sell anymore.

Usually a visit to your vet will provide that prescription you need. Any reason you're looking to do it without one? To be fair, lots of pet food, prescription or not, is difficult to find. Covid has disrupted supply horribly. My clients complain about it daily and ask about alternatives. What exactly are you looking for?

I had been having a really hard time finding Royal Canin. After messing with long backorders at the vet and not wanting to pay ridiculous prices at the only places that had it in stock online I found out Chewy.com had it at regular prices. I did put in my vets information, not sure if they called to verify.

Not Royal Canin, but I get my dog's prescription dry food (Hill's) at Chewy. The site requires that I enter my vet information, and they presumably verify the validity with my vet.

Ever considered feeding you pets raw? We started feeding Answers Raw food to our chocolate lab when diagnosed with cancer and have kept it up with our others after he passed. We now feed Texas Tripe and it's a wonderful product and much more affordable than Answers. Our labs love it, they look great and have all the energy in the world. We are huge advocates for raw food.

Here they are doin their thing!

The selected protein PR. It's not an issue of supply it's mostly we moved away from our vet and we have been using this same food for a decade for IBD.

I don't care about paying for the vet it's just a pain to go.

We used to get Royal Canin on Chewy, they required a prescription for the urinary pH food. After our weim passed, we switched the lab to Victor.

You should try calling your vet or checking their website for an online pharmacy. Many vets are using this system to have meds and food shipped directly to their customers. It keeps your relationship with your local vet and eliminates the big corporate machines from taking your money.

We too use Chewy for the Royal Canin PR. Put in your vet info and Chewy takes it from there by contacting your vet for script confirmation. Seamless!
