My local dealer has a deal on this where I can get this and another suppressor free. I think the price is around $850 plus the stamps.

I know very little about suppressors…

I have an AR15 and a 9mm pistol, Ruger 10/22 and plan to get a lever action for carrying around the farm.

Do you think this would be good for me?

I bought this one and it's great. Wouldn't put it on rimfire, but on my AR it's awesome and plan on putting it on a 300 Win Mag at some point. Buy a rimfire specific one for rimfire.

I just got my lever action threaded to mount it on there. I'm excited to put some rounds through it.

Look at the qualifications for their buy one get one free deal through Christmas Eve. I think the 46 hybrid is the only one that doesn't qualify.

You don't have to buy through silencerco directly

Sorry I meant if I buy the 46 then I can get a lesser one for free. I should have been more specific.

So I could get a rim fire for free basically

I think that only the 46M is excluded. I registered for the BOGO deal after buying a regular Hybrid 46 and a Warlock.

The Hybrid 46 counts. The Hybrid 46M does not.

The 22 can that comes with it is cheap. No way it holds up to getting banged around or shooting a 500 box on a Saturday.

I looked at the Hybrid 46 for the exact same reason. And then I went and felt the Warlock compared to my Sparrow or a Mask…To me, not worth it, even for "free" (+200).

ETA. IIRC, the hybrid, while (potentially) very versatile, requires quite a bit of extras to do so. Factor extra muzzle devices & pistons into your calculus. You'll end up spending $1400-$1500 before it's all said and done going this route.

Apparently I should have been asleep last night at 915 instead of on Texags. Sorry for the slight derail

Impatiently waiting on my Hybrid46 to jailbreak, when I bout it in April, they would tell me 7mo wait time when I called ATF on a monthly cadence to see if it had somehow jumped the line, now they just tell me it's still pending and wait times have increased.

I have a hybrid 46. I love being able to use it on my 5.56, 6.8, and 10MM

As others have mentioned, it can get expensive. I have different end caps for all of my guns for that additional 5db reduction. Each end cap is over $90. I don't have a pistol with a threaded barrel so no need for a piston yet.

The hybrid on my 10MM Banshee makes it sound like a fast pellet gun, but I've noticed its not the best on the 6.8 compared to my buddies dedicated .30 can. The hybrid is noticeably louder.

I'm not going to be buying multiple cans so it was the best choice for me.

If I do buy another can it will be on integrally suppressed barrel. Those things are awesome.

Shooting 45-70 through my hybrid is so much fun I bought a second one about a month ago so I can dedicate one to the rifle.

Unless the .22 can is made of a toilet paper tube and tin foil - guarantee you that even the cheapest DIY solvent trap kit out there will hold up for near a lifetime on a .22 platform.

I didn't really know what to get but I just knew I wanted the "free" one so I could get the octane 9 for my b&t 9mm subgun, so I just got another omega.... oh well, now I have two. still very versatile between by 556,300blk, 308... now can run one more dedicated, maybe leave the 556 cap on one of them.
