My uncle is general contractor for a guy building a house near Mount Vernon, TX. They pulled down an old Cherry bark oak to make room for the house. My uncle has milled all the logs he has capacity for, but he doesn't have the equipment to handle the rest of the tree. Cherry bark oak is supposed to be fairly rare and valuable for making furniture:
