Boat Trailer Repair

TLDR - Houston area - where would you take a boat trailer to get a good professional OEM quality repair. Especially the Road Armor undercoating.

Buddy has a 8 month old Ranger Bass boat that had some issues and went back to factory for warranty repairs. When Ranger returned it to the local dealer Trailer was damaged in transit. Ranger has excepted responsibility and will cover the cost of repairs but he or the dealer has to find a local shop to do the repairs. None of the body shops the local dealer normally uses will touch it supposedly due to the issue of having to warrantee the under coating. The damage is cosmetic and has no impact on the frame or functionality of the trailer.
If it were me I would probably just live with the damage (The under coding is not compromise now but the repairs would ) but I understand where he's coming from it's basically a brand new trailer and he is uptight about how his stuff looks.

Any Rec's appreciated

Paint doesn't even looked scratched. Rubber mallet that sucker back as close as possible with a backing board and call it a day? Any major repair would require a complete repaint to not look like a major repair. Yeah, someone still owes someone for the damage.
