Family trip for 5 guys 17-76 out of Galveston. Looking for recs for a guide who will put us on fish. Very little offshore fishing experience in the group.

If you can get in with outcast, the owner Sharkey is a good Ag and I believe he runs some snapper trips this time of year. We did a jetty trip with them and had a great time back in the winter.

Another vote for sharky... he's as good as it gets. I fished with him a few weeks ago but if I recall, he's 100% booked through snapper season, which is now through early August. He's running 3 or 4 boats and all of his guides are good... so maybe one is free that could work w your timing. Good luck!
