Anyone ever used one of these? Thoughts??

I'm interested as well.

I know it gets some negative reviews because it requires both hands to use and people will tell you that you need to keep your other arm free to potentially fight off an attacker at close distance.

But it looks to be a good and comfortable way to carry if you have your shirt tucked in a lot. I'm considering one as well, surprised nobody else has commented.

I have one.

It's O. K. but not great.

You don't need both hands to get your pistol out. I was expecting more retention and I may just need to adjust it.

I figured more people would have experience with this.

I've had one for 5 months. I usually pocket carry but found that my sig 365 is too big to cleanly pull out of my right front pocket, so I purchased the g3 holster to try. Admittedly, I have not worn this enough too give a fair review, but it is not as comfortable as pocket carry mostly due to the bulk of the leather. The quality of the leather and stitching/rivets is outstanding. I think the leather will soften and conform better to my body if I would commit to using this holster more often. It does sit over my right front pocket and allows me to use the right front pocket which is a plus. In summary, it is a quality product and I believe will soften and shape better with time. Also, their belts are fantastic. I use the belt everyday

Thanks Sam for the input. I figured it would take a little while to get used to having the gun sit below my waist. I'm still trying to decide if I should get one of these or not. I wear my shirt tucked in a lot, and looking for something that is a little easier that a traditional IWB tuckable holster.

My issue with holsters like this are the lack of good retention, compared to the nice "click" of a quality kydex holster, as well as the lack of a rigid trigger guard (not sure if that is the right term), which could create a situation where material or a finger gets onto the trigger when you don't want it to, creating an environment for a ND, especially if you are carrying a striker fired or really any firearm in condition 0.

If the desire is for appendix IWB carry, why not just get a high quality kydex holster designed specifically for that?

I have a good appendix holster that I wear all the time in winter when I have a pull over jacket on. I also wear it whenever I do have my shirt untucked. Im just looking for something that is easy to wear when I am wearing my shirt tucked in.

That thing look massive. 2 layers of thick leather + clip + magnet thing, nah. Prefer minimalist - as thin & light as possible.
