I posted this in Real Estate as well but I figured I may post here just in case.

Anyone have a good contact for building small low cost barndo (1000 sq ft or so) for North Texas (Gainesville area)? Not a high use facility, but looking to try and build shell with electrical, plumbing, insulation, AC and frameout so we could then finish out over time DIY. I have seen a bunch advertising 1200sq ft with concrete for like $20-25k but I dont know any of them

I have a guy in Ponder which isn't too far south of you. He's excellent. But you aren't touching 1,200 sq ft for $20-25k.

I am thinking more like 1000sq ft
Shell and concrete only to start. If you don't mind let me know how to contact him to see what he might be able to do

Alex Huerta runs site work and concrete. His dad does the metal work. The number listed at the bottom of the website is Alex's cell. They are the most honest contractors I've ever dealt with.

Idk if it's hit all of construction yet, but I'd hop to and lock something in if you want it done soon. Metal is getting scarce from what I'm seeing.
