My dog drank a small amount of Microlife Liquid Organic Fertilizer (Super Seaweed version) 4-5 hours ago. Everything I could find made it sound like it was non-toxic but now she is acting nauseous but hasn't thrown up.

Any DMVs that can offer advice or anyone else experience something similar?

How big a dog we talking about here? Sounds like something a lab would do. And how much is 'a little bit'? A couple tongue laps, or a cup full?

I am not a doctor of anything. That being said, I don't see anything awful on the label. Look further on the website and/or label and there should be instructions if ingested. It will be geared to people, but will give you an idea on the severity of this issue. There should also be a number you can call if it is seriously toxic.

Expect your dog to start refusing non-Vegan offerings.

The safety pamphlet on their website says everything is non-harmful but says "INGESTION: If conscious rinse mouth and dilute with fluids. Consult physician or poison control for further treatment advice"

If it were my dog, I would try to get it to drink some water, then I would go to bed. You know your dog best, so do what you think is right. One lap by a big dog of that stuff doesn't seem enough to do much of anything. Perhaps some of the smaller ingredients are more toxic, but the main stuff doesn't seem too bad, and one lap isn't much ingestion.
Maybe at least do a little homework and find the location and phone number of the emergency clinic. Better to have it handy than looking for it when you need it. Stay up a while and see if anything happens. Hopefully one of the pro's will be along soon.

I don't know about the liquid stuff, but when I use the granules my dog thinks I've just spread 50lbs of treats in the yard.

The first time I didn't realize she was eating it and her crap turned black for a few days but other than that no issues.

How's the pup?

Signs/symptoms of excessive salivating, tears, vomiting, diarrhea, urinating, muscle twitching and constricted pupils are signs of toxicity. Contact poison control as stated on label or emergency vet line if you have one. Most big cities have an emergency vet hospital.

Pup is fine. She stopped acting nauseous after I gave her a little bit more food and let her outside to eat some grass, which she went after aggressively.

I let her sleep outside the crate last night so I could keep a closer eye on her but after about an hour she moved into the crate on her own.

I love a happy ending! Glad it worked out. I'm sure she learned her lesson and will never wolf down fertilizer again.

Give her an enema with a garden hand sprayer

This is not really a fertilizer so to speak in the normal sense. It is more plant based amino acid chains. It is good stuff for color beds and weak plants. It is organic made mainly form sea weed extracts. Be not much different than if you dog ate a mouth full of sea weed but just less diluted. Micro life is a great organic line. They have a whole lot of products.
