Also posted on Automotive board but figured I'd try here as well.

I'm thinking about getting a portion of my Polaris Ranger either powder coated or sprayed with bed liner. It has a roof and windshield combo, and the painted has started to flake and in parts metal is starting to rust with some areas looking like the rust may be getting fairly deep.

I'd like to find a shop that will remove all the paint and get it prepped, for either powder coat or bed liner material. Looking for durability mostly as sometimes tree limbs will brush against it. I'm also thinking of getting the bed of it sprayed with bed liner for similar reasons.

Located on the NW side but open to suggestions on shops anywhere around. Also, curious on cost?

Bed liner hands down. Powder coat chips and rusts a lot easier.

I've got my Polaris Ranger 800 crew with bedliner on everything from undercoating to A arms and grill guard. Line X has lifetime warranty. Anytime mine does peel(hasn't in years), they spray it no questions asked

Bringing this back up as the fall gets closer. Any spray-on liner location recommendations in Houston area?

These guys did all my can am accessories. They were best price and had it done in 1 day. Dropped off in AM picked up the next day AM.

I need to do one of the two on my can am - is there a good liner product that's durable but doesn't fade?

I got my truck bed liner from a dealer friend (Chevy house) about 4 years ago and it's pretty faded and starting to chip

What's the most durable option and is there one that doesn't fade as bad?

Fading would be the primary reason I'd powder coat b:c you can re-coat it a lot easier than a liner

Had my roof and bumper done and I have been rough on them running hunts and have no chipping or peeling. I think time will tell but for now it seems to be holding up well.

Figured I'd bring this back up one more time, finally getting around to this as I now took off all the accessories from the Ranger to make it easier to take them to someone.

@DU, how's yours holding up so far?

Any other recs for bedliner locations, or bedliner vs powder coating?

Its solid. No peeling and would defiantly do it again. I would recommend it.
