Apparently this stuff is only good for lever action/revolver/bolt action etc as it won't cycle in most semis.

Aguila Super Colibri is even quieter, though it is only 590 FPS so it loses accuracy pretty fast. No louder than a pellet gun. It won't cycle either.

I shot an armadillo at about 5 feet with some colibri (420 fps, not the super). He was safe but annoyed after two or three ricochets.

Those are mutant armadillos. They are part of the reason rattlesnakes don't rattle anymore.
