I've fished with Fred Petty a few times, drift fishing with artificials. Knows the area and always puts us on fish, but he's a unique dude... it has been 4 years or so since I was down there. You'll probably get a better recommendation from someone else.

I like Freddy, but fishing with his wife Janie was the bomb. She will drift for a while, let you get a couple of slots, then get bored and start hunting -- cruising around, standing on the center console and driving with her feet, looking for herds of reds. When she finds them and cuts them off, the spoon barely touches the water before you are hooked up with a bull. Lots of fun.
Both know those flats like the backs of their hands. After you limit on slots and use up your tag, they'll take you over to the channel to pop for trout with Mansfield Maulers. This usually leads to hooking up a tarpon.
