Which one? The rotary version? Or the new one that takes AICS mags?

I have both and have never had problems with the rotary.

What's the issue? Not to be pedantic, but loading the rotary the same way you'd load a vertical stack magazine is a different technique.

I have the rotary version and mine was terrible too. After a little research I bought a couple magazines for 450 Bushmaster. Only holds three but completely different design and very rugged and feeds perfectly.

Yeah. Plastic Rotary is what I have. Doesn't feed the rounds. I have to keep the magazine out and feed them into the chamber one by one. Maybe I can get ruger to send me a new one.

I have the same problem. Ruger sent me a replacement for free, but the new one has the same issue. I have been searching for the solution, but nothing yet. I even filed down the front to make sure the rounds were not hanging up there. No dice on that either.

Try the ones that fit 450 Bushmaster, you will be pleased....

I failed to saw that my gun is a 6.5 creedmore so the 450 worked for me. Depending on your caliber this may not be the case for you...HTH
