We ordered a custom free standing screen through this guy. His work is fantastic, and I imagine we will have the screen as long as we live in the home. Very happy.

What size do you need. I have a beautiful antique iron screen but it's pretty big, and extremely heavy.

thanks all, i've reached out to both. Iron it out has something really close to what I want, it's close to $500 shipped.
hoping the local guy can make something for a bit cheaper.

Ordered from these guys and reasonably local pickup in Needville. Great price and they can make some really cool items (though we went pretty basic).
