How long do you want to ignore this user?

I'm interested in riding trails at SHNF with my dirt bike.

I've never been there. Any advice or reccos from people that have?

Looks like there is about 6 trail heads/areas open to dirt bikes and ATV's according to the USDA Forest Service website

TIA

Be aware that hunting season opens in October for Archery and November 7 for rifle. While forest is open to all users, try to understand and respect that your use may come into conflict with how others are using it. Wear orange when in the forest during this time and try to ride mid-day hours to reduce potential for conflict.

Great advice, and I hadn't thought about that. Didnt realize the hunting areas and the ATV trails were one in the same. Trying to find somewhere to ride when the weather gets cool. May be better to wait until Feb/March

If you haven't already download this app. I haven't used the off-road app but I do use the onx hunt app.

https://www.onxmaps.com/offroad-app

It has a membership fee but camofire.com has deals on the fee from time to time (like today). Just not sure if it's interchangable between hunt and off-road.
