I use Bifen I/T in a hose end sprayer. Works very well for 3-4 weeks. Otherwise our backyard is uninhabitable.

I've been doing Bifen XTS with NyGuard IGR in a hose sprayer. It works very well. I heard that Bifen XTS lasts longer in the yard, but it does smell until it dries. I use Bifen IT in the house.

I found the Spectracide Triazicide works better than the Cutter in my yard if you only have time to go to HD or Lowes.(.5 acre with lots of trees and other foliage).

I've been using Permethrin SFR 36.8% with a adjustable hose end sprayer, but I buy it online. Seems to work very well and have a little bit of a repellent effect. Much less expensive.

What kind of hose end sprayer do you use? Also, do you just dump the entire container of sfr in the hose sprayer and get after it? I would think the oil based stuff is for foggers?

I set it on 3.5 to 4 without the little reducer. Approx 4 Tablespoons per gallon

Growing up it was always tiki torches and a DEET bath.

Thermacell. And it's portable.

I use Bifen in this same hose sprayer. Works like a dream.

Keeps yard free of mosquitoes, roaches, and it even got whatever was starting to make brown patches in my St. Augustine. I put it out approximately every 21 days. Works GREAT."
