The hammers do not bother the deer. I have worked there for 28 yrs and have hunted the small property next to the plant.normaleagle05 said:
Should be a peaceful setting right next to that gigantic hammer.

It may be a bit disturbing at first when you hear it but it means money to me each time it hits.
bendy, shoot me an email at bocuso @ g mail. com. Would like to know more.
I am unfamiliar with the area, what's the hammer? A rock quarry?normaleagle05 said:

given the location, that's not terrible pricing. I'd be curious to know what type of deer have or potentially can be harvested? $4k a year plus feed costs and liability insurance ($500/total?) is not bad if you have 130-150" deer running around.cledus6150 said:
They want $15 an acre or $20,220 with max of 5 hunters with active cattle operation with Leasee carrying responsibility for liability insurance for active cattle ranching.
Cover insurance for the owners operation, no. Cover GL for the group to protect the owner and his operation, Yes.OnlyForNow said:
Why should the hunters be responsible for the cattle ops insurance?!
