I like it. Once I SBR my MCX I was needing something to put the folding brace onto.

Ruger is making some smart decisions in the last six years: their economy pistol series, the 57 and now this. They obviously watched consumer research trends.

For $799, I'd be more inclined to pay a little extra and buy something like a Flux Defense pistol brace.

Wonder if they did any barrel length testing for subsonic use with 147s.

Would be sweet if they would just sell the takedown barrel for foks that wanted to easily SBR a rifle they already owned.

For the price Extar EP9 is cheaper and offers many of the same options. I would still have one but I would rather have a lightweight rifle than a similar weight PCC

Lol Ruger's Old Army copied the Colt SAA about like the Glock 44 copied Browning's 1911.
