Any of y'all have any luck finding a suitable solution to conceal carry with a tucked in shirt?

Comp-Tac Minotaur and the Crossbreed Supertuck.

I bought c clips from Comp-Tac and retrofitted them. Both are super comfortable and easily concealable. Carried everyday in downtown Houston for 5+ years and no one ever knew.

Very quick access too.

Smart Carry is what I've settled on. Has its drawbacks m, but for comfort and concealment its fantastic.

One big thing that helps is wearing clothes that have "texture" for lack of a better phrase.

Plaids, checks, non-stretchy shirts and pants with some stability help a ton to keep from printing.

Blouse your shirt a little bit too. The average person doesn't scrutinize people.

I'll second the Crossbreed Super Tuck. With the optional velco straps and belt they sell, it's practically invisible.

I know you didn't ask this question but I'm gonna respond this way any how just for the sake of conversation. Please feel totally free to ignore it if you don't care to engage.

I quit tucking over the gun a long time ago. I tuck my shirt in and carry OWB in a belt holster and cover with a menagerie of cover garments. Almost all year I carry under a vest of some kind but in the height of the summer I do carry untucked (still OWB). It's just so uncomfortable to carry IWB.

Have you ever carried OWB? I think it'll change your priorities RE carrying.

With ALL THAT said, when I did carry IWB and tucked, I used either a CompTac C-TAC or a Ryan Grizzle City Slicker.

Been thinking this too. I've been carrying IWB untucked for about 7 years now. Recently started wanting to tuck my shirt in. Carried OWB with a sports coat covering it for Christmas Eve church service. Very much enjoyed it. I have been thinking how I could do that year round. What type of summer vests do you wear?

I carry a Shield OWB with a bravo concealment BCA 3.0 holster. I wear untucked shirts or hoodies etc over it. Conceals perfectly. I am also a coach so I like to wear the Adidas cage jacket, it is comfortable in hot weather and conceals well. (Not at school, just in my off time.)

I have been almost exclusively OWB with an Alien Gear Shape Shift rig for the past year. Sport coats take care of the concealment. Causal days I may go un-tucked with no jacket but it is rare. IWB is terribly uncomfortable IMHO.

I personally wear a "Mini Tuck", but whether you need a Super Tuck or Mini Tuck will depend on what model/size weapon you carry.

I'm also intrigued by their newer line of IWB holsters, "The Reckoning", and I'm thinking about trying it.

I tried one. Can only really use with appendix carry. I sit for so long during the day that was not an option.

Comp-Tac MTAC with velcro clips and velcro on the inside of good belt.

Been carrying with this for about 7 years and love it. Really comfortable, the clips are practically invisible when you blouse your tucked in shirt a little bit.

I also got a Kangaroo Carry holster this fall for when I'm wearing slacks/dress pants & and a button down dress shirt and worry about printing too much. Takes some adjustment of the holster and some getting used to, but so far, I really like it. It is harder/slower to draw from though.

I carry almost exclusively OWB. I will occasionally appendix carry my Shield, but I'm generally carrying a G19, G26 or something else in an OWB Kydex holster with Speed Ease clips. I get them either from Trinity Carry Systems or Tactical Measure. They conceal well enough that I can carry my G19 in shorts with an unticked t shirt.

High heat summer I just carry untucked, but I also have a "photographer" type vest that usually works well with an extra mag in the right pocket for some weight for clearing it.

I've been carrying more OWB as well. I got to the point where I realized my XDs was comfortable, but not necessarily comforting. I'd much rather have my XD, Kimber CDP II, or my Sig.

I bought a Vedder Light draw with pancake clips for my Sig 226 Tacops. I wear it often with just a zip up North Face vest. I bought it in Coyote Carbon Fiber blend better with khakis, and I will probably buy another in Navy to wear with jeans and navy chinos.

20+1 with an additional 20 in a spare mag makes me feel a lot better.

I've carried inside my boot for 10+ years. It's great for concealing a compact .380 at all times in any situation. I've also concealed a 9mm (un-holstered) occasionally depending on where I'm at. After watching the church shooting video from yesterday, I now plan to carry OWB as much as possible and purchased a holster today. The boot is just not an effective method for a rapid response. I've known it for awhile, but witnessing the event yesterday forever changed my mindset. I'm now carrying my compact 9 owb and my boot .380 is a backup.
