I am looking at purchasing a suppressor, and wanted to know if anyone used the Single Shot NFA Gun Trust from Silencer Shop. The process seems pretty straight forward, but was wondering if anyone had any issues with getting their forms approved and their tax stamp back. Also, has anyone tried using it for an SBR as well?

Just evaluating all the options out their, and this seems like the easiest (minus the year wait time) to get into the suppressor game.

I purchased my first suppressor roughly two months ago through silencer shop using a single shot trust. I was amazed by how easy the process truly was.

Just went and looked back through emails. It took about two weeks to get the completed trust back.
Also took about 3 weeks from the original order date for my "check" to be cashed.

i just went through this. decided to go with Jim Willi at https://www.myguntrust.com/.

sure its a bit more money, but it's a much more robust trust, and he will have it to you with in a day or 2.

have used silencer shop to purchase as an individual and as a trust.

the trust is just as easy as the individual route.

no problem getting forms or tax stamps using silencershop both for individual or trust items.

i have used the trust to go sbr on the atf website as well with no problem.

purchase suppressor from silencershop.
they handle the forms.
meanwhile find the closest range to you that has the ability to hold your suppressor while you wait. they ship the suppressor to that range while you wait.
range will often allow you to shoot the can while on premises...you just have to leave it there.
