My brother runs a hunting operation in Mason, Texas. It's a pretty good setup on several large low fence ranches with lots of really nice bucks. A couple of his larger groups weren't able to make it this year and he's looking to fill some spots.

I believe it is 3 days/3 nights, lodging and meals included, one buck (and usually 1-2 does), and your deer are cleaned for you. Price is $2,750/person, which for food, lodging, not having to fill feeders all year, and shooting a very nice buck is a very reasonable deal. He is really looking for groups in the 5-person range but may be able to accommodate smaller groups.

As the prices of leases in Texas continue to rise, all inclusive weekend hunts like this are looking like an even more attractive option.

I bust out that piece of trivia every time I'm watching tombstone. I have a book on the shelf about the mason county (hoo-do) war. Very interesting stuff.
