Finally saw my first bears here in Canada (and my first wild bears anywhere).
The grizzlies were close to Lake Louise, and the others were while driving through the provincial parks south of Canmore.

Take 742 south out of Canmore. Between the red lines its right there hanging out on the side of the road eating berries...you can't miss it!

The ones with the humpy shoulders like it if you pat their heads.

So far I am good on bears in: NM, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Washington, Florida, Alaska, Vermont, NH, Maine and Idaho. Helped confirm a bear in Red River County last year.....I'm going on a year since a couple in NM, I am ready.
