I know that. The point is that diesel cars and trucks are subject to emissions standards. I would doubt any DMV would allow you to title a Roxor as a street legal vehicle because it doesn't meet safety and emissions standards.MouthBQ98 said:

The point remains. Walk into your Texas DMV with an off road title and see if they allow you to register it. Emission standards for manufacturers, yes. Not for your annual registration and inspection. That's what they are talking about. Currently diesels only have to pass a safety inspection.
