Carhartt stopped making their unlined button down "brush" jacket.

Anyone know of a good replacement?

Wanting to gift them to some of the day hands helping us out. So they will be going into full on South Texas brush.

Big Bend Saddlery sells them, but doesn't always have every size in stock.

I bought a LAPCO right after Carhartt quit making them and it looks like a hobo jacket now. Can't find them anymore though.

I wish they would stop discontinuing great products. I used to buy their shirt jackets that fit snug for work but they changed them to a baggy version that I can't wear around machinery.

Could probably list off a dozen specialty products like that that have gotten discontinued for whatever reason. In fact, the more I like a product, the greater the chance that its already been discontinued.

I found some (not Carhartt) at D&D in Seguin last fall. If you're ok with the Running W i believe you can get them thru the King Ranch Saddle Shop.

totally agree - they tweaked their old overalls and the new ones are not very good

Bought a ranger belt from them a couple of years ago and it's been great.

Recommend Schaefer.

I have never worked in AG in my life. I am not a cowboy. I have no ranch experience and doubt I ever will. And I don't like country music which I am pretty sure is a requirement but damnit, I want a duster so f'ing bad. These look awesome.
