I'm looking to take some customers on an awesome trip. Was thinking a cast and blast for dove or ducks or straight fishing in Texas or Louisiana. One day speck/reds and 1 day off shore in Louisiana? Gross Savanne looks pretty awesome on Lake Calcasieu but I've never been. Looking for a place with awesome lodge all inclusive.

Run-n-Gun has a nice new lodge and does both.
Bay Flats is great for customers and does both.
I have not been to Hackberry but hear great stories about the experience.

Another option would be birds and birdies. Shoot a round of golf in the hill country in the morning and then dove in the afternoon. I prefer staying around the Frio and then hunting Uvalde but you can replicate the hunt/golf all around San Antonio.

I heard there are some guides on Sam Rayburn that will put you on some crappie. AND you can keep all you catch!

If you are going to consider offshore these guys in Venice LA put us on some yellowfin tuna that was once in a lifetime experience.

Edit: I should add that the lodging in Venice is pretty spartan so if you are trying to impress clients it's not that kind of thing. It's basically a mobile home on a pier so not like some of these 5 star resorts, but you absolutely can't beat the fishing.

Gross Savanne is excellent. One of the advantages of booking with them is they have access to private marsh. If it is too windy to fish the lake you can still fish the marsh and do very well.

Gross Savanne is great and definitely has the lodge box checked. Place is awesome.
