Went to a hammer forging class this past weekend and walked away with not only fantastic information and instruction on blacksmithing, but made myself a awesome hammer and hot cut tool. I can't thank Mark Ling enough for sharing his knowledge. He's a fantastic young man and excellent smith!

That is pretty freaking cool. Am always amazed at what folks can make out of a chunk of metal and fire
God loves you so much He'll meet you where you are. He also loves you too much to allow to stay where you are.

I had the privilege of being the last person to forge in his old shop. Maybe you can be first in the new one!

That's awesome. I visited two forges in the last few months, Bloodroot Blades and Hoffman Blacksmithing, but they wouldn't let me get close to hammering out anything! I'd be interested in a class like this. Very cool.

Yes one on one instruction. Mark will hold the top tools and direct as you strike with a sledge. In between the whack whack there is plenty of time for yack yack and discussion about what is going on and why.

Most of us have an interest in at least occasionally getting hammered.
