I have an Axis hide i need to have tanned.

IIRC North Texas Tannery was highly recommended a couple/few years ago.

Are they still the top choice for tanning?

You can take it to The Nugget Company downtown but their prices have gone through the roof over the last few years. They do good work and quick turnaround.

That being said, next time I need a hide tanned, I'm going with North Texas.
