I've been searching for an alloy CZ P01 online. They seem to very scarce. When will CZ send more to their distributors and gun shops? Paging Bender, Eyeguy, people in the biz.

They're imported in batches. I haven't seen a p-01 omega in about a year. Now, we do have a p-01 steel frame safety version and a decocker variant. The decocker has been chilling in the back since we got it at Texian.

No one can really ever give a time frame for when they're going to be available because of this.

That's terrible news. I'm looking for the 91199...my SP01 has only stirred this desire in my soul. Maybe I'll buy a P07 just to get me down the road.

That's the decocker version we have in store, iirc.

Headed up to the shop in a minute to interview a new gunsmith. I'll check and verify the exact model on the decocker

Yep, unfortunately CZ imports in batches, so if you have one in mind that you want, be ready with cash in hand when a new shipment comes in.

I have one I'll sell you. Bought one with the intention of sending it to Cajun Gun Works, then stumbled across another that had already been cajunized.

Text me at 830.three two nine.5153 and we can discuss. I'll send you pics. It has night sights, upgraded CGW hammer, and a CGW hammer spring.

I waited months to get my P01 Omega from CZ's military program. It's a great pistol, and Cajun made it even better. I rarely carry it, though.

My Shadow II finally arrived and now I'm off to find a P-01 for myself (gave one to my dad for Christmas).

Hopefully my shadow keeps me entertained for a while

I just went into Champion to see about 320 magazines and they were all out of stock, but they had a P-01 omega suppressor ready model.

So I did the responsible thing and put it on layaway.

They must horde a few extras for rainy days like we do.

P07 is an excellent choice. It was my off duty carry for years until I gifted it to my son in law. Crazy accurate and a wonderful DA/SA trigger. I wish I had it back, but he needed it.

After quite a bit of research and shooting, I bought a P07 for my first gun a little while back.

Mine has been keeping me happy.

Right now I've just been focusing on running it in its stock form, and though I like the aluminum blue grips on mine, I'm thinking I want something that gives me a tad more grip. I may end up getting some VZ Grips for it, and on down the line swap out the mainspring, recoil spring, and the firing pin and spring. But the gun is pretty great out of the box.

Yeah I had to dump the blue for VZ's.

Ordered the Operator2 and the Razorback and settled on the Operator

Have you looked at different sights or happy with stock?

I've thought about a red dot for kicks but haven't ever run one.

I've been happy with the stock sights personally so far. That may change, but for general competition purposes they work fine.

As far as optics go, none of my pistols except for one are setup for one of a red dot. The one I do have is a p-10f OR, but I'm waiting for CZ-USA to get around to putting out the RMR plate. You're either going to have to mill your slide to accept the optic, or get one of the plates that replaces the rear sight for an S2.

A guy I shoot with during the week is building one for carry optics, and to make weight he's sending his off to CZ Custom to have the slide milled, and getting a bunch of parts from Cajun Gun Works.
