On my radio app on the phone I punched in Art Bell and found a station out of Eugen that titled, "The Very Best of Art Bell". They're playing one of his annual Halloween special about ghosts. It's great entertainment! Just thought I'd pass it along. I'm sure I'm not the only one out here that enjoys these re-runs.

On my radio app on the phone I punched in Art Bell and found a station out of Eugen that titled, "The Very Best of Art Bell". They're playing one of his annual Halloween special about ghosts. It's great entertainment! Just thought I'd pass it along. I'm sure I'm not the only one out here that enjoys these re-runs.
I remember listening to Art Bell on drives to the coast late at night. Some seriously scary and entertaining stories. One was about a guy tracking down Bigfoot. Another was about an evil spirit haunting an old movie theater. Good stuff.
Is this the old late night AM radio show that folks would call into about paranormal/odd stuff?
I always thought it was Coast to Coast in the AM... We listened to many a weird story on they way back from Colorado/West Texas growing up.
My dad and I used to listen to Coast to Coast all the time. He only liked driving long distances at night and I would stay up to keep him company. It was always fun to listen to.

Used to work nights and Art kept me company for hours via WTAW. George Nouri and the various other replacements never captured Art's magic. He was a good interviewer that didn't usually suck up to the guests and yet kept an open mind about their strong theories.
And one day, I swear JC is going to show up on Paul Finebaum's show. And now that I think about it, if you have never heard the show, Coast to Coast with Art during the call-in parts of the show is just like the call-in parts of Finebaum but with Bigfoot and UFO's.

The radio app is just called Simple Radio. It's nothing fancy. Just a very simple radio app that I can use to tune in to a variety of a.m. radio stations. It has a search function that revealed the Art Bell station.
When Art did his all night ghost story show around Halloween each year, he called the show Ghost to Ghost A.M. rather than Coast to Coast, the normal title. It's always good entertainment!

Art's show kept a lot of people alive on the night shift.
And driving long-distances overnight.
Hard to fall asleep at the wheel when you looking for shadow people to pop out the woods.

I have an app that plays old Art Bell shows and completely forgot about Ghost to Ghost last night!
