Curious if anyone has rec's for outdoor shooting range in Houston? Buddy who I recently introduced to shooting/hunting wants to shoot while I'm in town visting in a few weeks. Thanks !

Ccc is supposed to be pretty nice

Short answer: it's a guy's property that he has multiple bays setup and ~970 yard long range area when his place hasn't been soaked. It's where we do the shooting portion of the LTC course. And it's in Fulshear.

I want to clarify.. the "bad assness" of this place is that you are at an outdoor range where you don't have to deal with anyone else because you have your own small range. At heart, this is basically like you have a buddy that has land, he took a bulldozer and put up some small ranges, didn't add in any fluff what so ever, and he tells you to go hog wild shooting whenever you want as long as you're safe. Cool place and we love shooting out there, but I want to stress that it is very unimproved.
