Give me your best dehydrator recipes. Just got one (on Whole30, so trying to find food that I'll actually eat) and trying to figure out easy recipes.

Jerky recipes are of course the best.
I know a lot about a little, and a little about a lot.

Just made this on Sunday.

I used axis hams and an old new york strip steak, but use whatever you have.

Cut up 2-3 lbs of meat into strips and put it in a gallon ziplock.

Pour in 1/2 cup or so of teriyaki.
Add some salt & black pepper.
2-4 tbsp honey
2-4 tbsps sriracha or whatever hot sauce you like.
Shake, rattle, and roll to coat. Squeeze air out and put in fridge.

Marinate overnight, or at least 8 hours. I shake and rub the bag every time I head to the fridge for a beer.

Arrange on dehydrator trays. I have a 4 tray one and this fills it up.

Shake red pepper flakes on strips, I like the extra heat.

Turn on machine. Sometimes it takes 4-5 hours, sometimes 8. Do a taste test after 4 hours and let it dry to your preference.

Remember, it will continue drying in the fridge after it's done, just a little but it's noticeable.

Optional: liquid smoke, beer, bourbon, garlic, white pepper

I did a test of apples. They ended up well.

I'm going to try strawberries and blueberries tonight.

I'll use that jerky recipe and probably add some habaneros.
