I'm not saying cause I don't want any of y'all there!!

But for real....Houston county lake

Somerville has been fishing great for the last several years after all of the flooding. The bags in the Sunday tournaments have been huge and it doesn't take much effort to catch 20# out there in a tournament right now.

Right now, Sam Rayburn and it is not even close IMO.

I've heard a lot of good things about Naconiche but I can't personally attest to that.

I've been fishing the humps near the dam and the island near the marina as well.

I have a buddy in Houston that has a place on Rayburn. Any Friday he can get off he his heading to Falcon for a long weekend. He says they are catching some toads and lots of them.

Sam Rayburn, without a doubt. Numbers and size in one lake. Fork is great if you are going for one fish, but making a day on Fork is a beating. Falcon is great if you are on that side of Texas but depending on your experience level it make be a different kind of fishing then you want to do. On Rayburn you can beat the bank, fish a frog, or go out deep.

Biggest Bass Fisher I know swears by Lake Fork

Fayette County, hands down for consistency and numbers! It has its share of big fish too!
