Looking to get a map made of the ranch. Has anyone used a company they recommend.

There was a thread on this a couple weeks ago. Try the search, or just go back page by page. Can't be more than ten back.
Have you tried doing it yourself? When I had my 9,000 acre work deer lease, I used My Maps from Google. I was able to see and draw in roads, blinds, forks, turnoffs, mark which deer were at which feeder, etc.
Not sure if that's what you want, but figured I'd put it out there.

Simple and more importantly FREE
I have that but wanting to print it out on a poster size and I don't have the printer to do it.
Refer to the thread I linked. Save photo to your flash drive and take it somewhere that can print it out for you on a poster.
You can cave your Google Earth view as a photo and have locations saved/ marked on their when you blow it up. You can still save it to a thumb drive and have it printed.
Fedex Kinkos is who I used and they let me see the digital images before I paid for the final copy
