I've seen a lot of people recommend the beef Loin flap from beef fajitas. They said it was at Costco, but does anyone know if it is available at HEB? Costco is a bit far. In the Cypress area of Houston.

Heb boerne sells it although they call it something different. Think it is sirloin fajitas? Is the exact same texture of the loon flap I've bought at Costco.

Call your HEB and order it. I do this all the time when I want hanger steak. I always make sure to give the official number of the cut I want, just to make sure they give me what I want.

HEB flank steak makes some really nice fajitas using the Papasito 3-2-1 marinade for 4 hours, then hit with Bolners before grilling to medium on a 500 grill
