Remove spine from the whole fish, season with old bay.
Mix shrimp, crawfish tails, lump crab meat and some cream cheese together. Stuff filling inside the cavity of the fish where you removed the spine. Bake in the oven. It is amazing.
Our coonass hunters make that for us when they come stay with us in West Texas. Man it's amazing! You can put whatever tickles your pickle in the stuffing. They chop up some red and yellow bell peppers, an onion and a clove of garlic to put in the filling. It is damn good stuff.
