This SOB is stuck solid. Read a few forums and saw some people had to perform some witch craft to get by the rock set.

Any recs / experience with this problem. Was hoping to run it suppressed this weekend.

Thanks

Does Geissele make a reaction rod that you can use on the SCARs? IF they do, that may allow you to really lay on whatever tool you are using to torque that puppy off (without worrying about transfer that pressure to the receivers). I know they make them for 5.56 and 308, just not sure if they work for SCAR

It's not pinned and welded, is it? Because that would be funny...

Heat it up with a tile heat gun. Heck even a hot hair dryer will work. Once it is hot try removing.

I put it over my gas stove for about 2 minutes until the brake turned grey. The beat the **** out of it for 20 minutes lol

Rocksett doesn't soften with heat like Loctite does.

Shouldn't Rocksett break at 30 ft lb of torque?
