Don't know prices but the owner of Oak Forest clinic on 34th is very reliable. http://www.oakforestvet.com/

Often hard to recommend vets the way we recommend other things around here - that is, "oh that business is owned by an Ag" since almost most of them are.

We use Heights Vet Clinic since we live a few blocks from it. There are several Ags that work there, we like Dr. Pina.
