need a little advice. I have a **** ton of little, white moths in my grass. only fly up when someone or dog walks around but man they are everywhere. I've applied granule for worms and other bugs. I've also spread liquid 3 times trying to kill these *******s. it's like trying to kill a damn roach!

Are you sure those are moths? How big are they?

guess I'm not sure but that's what they look like to me... pretty small. about the size of a large horse fly wing tip to wing tip but body is smaller.

white moths = army worms? how do you kill them?

no pecan... couple of oak and one pine.

I know web worms are white moths during their life cycle. Malathion will take care of them.

Have the same thing in the woodlands. Hundreds of little white moths when you walk around or mow. Had them for several years, but grass is thriving so haven't worried about it

Has anyone dropped by insisting you put lotion on your skin?

Sprayed the heck out of them last night. Hopefully it helps.

The army worm moths I am familiar with are gray and maybe about a half to 3/4" long. They lay eggs while they are flying low and dip down periodically to lay eggs in the grass.

Not saying they aren't some kind of worm laying eggs, but probably not army worms. And malathion/high rates of sevin are what you spray.

I thought they were whiteflies
