I got lucky and won a gun in a gun raffle a few weeks back. A Beretta ARX 160 .22LR. It is a neat little gun. I already have a 10/22 but this one seemed a little too cool to trade. I already took the muzzle break off so I can attach my Huntertown Arms Suppressor. It cycles very well with both sub and supersonics. I had a bushnell TRS red dot laying around that I had on my slug shotgun however I cannot get it to zero with any relaible accuracy on the ARX so i'm looking for other options but dont know if i want a traditional long scope. I'd like to keep the optic around $100

I'd like to make it a fun target shooting/ popping raccoons off the deer feeder kind of gun.

of course rule #1 on the prize

Primary arms Classic or Micro red dot. Check that your mount is remaining tight with that TRS-25. I have one that works loose basically every time I use it. If I'm not mistaken the cross bolt in the mount is aluminum ahd can easily stretch or break.

Wait for the Nikon Prostaff efr to go on sale. Focuses down to ~10 yards.

I have more expensive taste and have an Eotech on my 15-22. Love it!
