Does anyone have any contacts or recommendations for a Pudelpointer breeder preferably in Texas? I think this will be my next hunting dog after losing my Brittany Spaniel last year. Any info or suggestions are appreciated, thanks!

I don't know any specifically, but I have seen a few at the Texas NAVHDA training days and tests. The Vice-President, Ronnie Pinckard, has a very good one and might be some help in finding a good breeder.

There is or was a guy in Dallas. Google Blue Duck pudelpointer. I honestly don't know anything about him or his dogs. His website use to say you had to sign a form when you picked up a pup saying you would put it in the natural ability test. So I didn't inquire with him when I was looking.

There was a PP thread on here a couple of weeks ago - might search it. i don't know any breeders directly but love PP's -will probably get one when one of my drahtaar gets a little longer in the tooth

Tom Stenger in Dallas for my youngest and Craig Stemme in Alba for my first but both dogs are related

Craig is the guy to call post or PM anytime and I'll get you his number

Craig is an Ag and a solid guy if he doesn't have a litter he will put you on one
